Jay & Sam McCullough Team

Jason McCullough, a native of New York, moved to the Pacific Northwest after graduating with a Business Management degree from Binghamton University.  Shortly after Samantha finished her studies at Portland State University, she and Jason relocated to upstate New York to raise their two sons near Jason’s large family.  Jay’s real world business management and 15 plus years in public service coupled with Sam’s 20 plus years of business ownership/sales/marketing experience are invaluable assets in the real estate world.  These skills provide an edge in real estate negotiation, homebuyer and seller education, and effective marketing strategies. Those who know Jay and Sam describe them as detail-oriented, proactive, and fun to be around. Jay and Sam currently reside in Niskayuna, NY.  They are overly proud of their two boys, one of whom attends the United States Military Academy at West Point and the other who is pursuing a professional career in mixed martial arts and has created a successful web design business. They enjoy hiking, traveling, and time spent with their boys and oversized dog, “Big Mac”.
